Beach Front Mann Realty came to Elu Creative, needing a brand overhaul for their new office building on Hutchinson Island, designed by BAWood Architecture.

The real estate company has been around for over 30 years, and has a well known reputation for selling, buying, and renting homes on Hutchinson Island and neighboring areas. Their popular iconic beach chair was part of the old brand, and repurposed in their advertising and printed Ad campaigns using modern photography. The new logo combined local Florida culture with modern architectural elements found in their new building and homes today. The typeface is defined by coastal accents; palm fronds and art deco subtleties.

Advertising campaigns, billboards, airplane banner advertising, and direct mail brought new life into an old brand that was outdated. The end result; a timeless, sophisticated brand that speaks to the companies expertise, history, and core values. Real estate agents have had more success with their new advertising pieces and walk-in customers have a clear first impression of the company.
